At Dreams Woodwork LLC, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. Because our beds are engineered for safety and built by hand, we offer a comprehensive multi-year warranty to ensure your child’s dream bed lasts for years to come.
1. Our Warranty Commitments
- 3-Year Material Warranty: We guarantee that the wood, hardware, and structural components of your bed will be free from defects in materials. If a board warps significantly or a joint fails due to a material defect, we will repair or replace the affected part. A physical inspection will be conducted before a determination.
- 3-Year Assembly & Workmanship Warranty: For beds delivered and assembled by us, we guarantee the integrity of the build for three full years. This covers the “engineering precision” of our joints and connections.
2. What is Not Covered
Wood is a natural material that “breathes.” This warranty does not cover:
- Natural variations in wood grain, small knots, or minor “checking” (small cracks) that do not affect structural integrity.
- Damage caused by extreme humidity changes, direct sunlight, or moisture in your home.
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or “artistic additions” from markers or crayons.
- Damage resulting from jumping on the bed or exceeding the specified weight limits.
3. Return Policy
Because every piece is custom-made to your specific design, dimensions, and color choices, we do not accept returns or exchanges. * Before Production: If you need to cancel your order before we purchase materials, we will provide a full refund.
- During Production: Once materials have been cut and construction has begun, cancellations are subject to our ability to return any unused purchased material. We commit to do our best effort possible to grant you the maximum refund possible.
4. Repairs & Safety
Your child’s safety is our #1 priority.
If you feel that the bed became unsafe, or if you ever have a concern about the sturdiness of your bed, please immediately interrupt the use of it and be in touch with us at support@dreamswoodwork.com or at the phone number (913) 990-9666.
We will prioritize an in-home visit (within the Kansas City metro) to inspect, provide an evaluation to you and agree on a course of action.
